FUBAR.COM - SOCIAL NETWORKING AT IT'S WORST

It's unfortunate that most who sign up for this site do not see the site for what it truly has become until after they have paid out some real money. The site is not about the people using it, but rather about the money those people spend. The more real life money you spend, the more people are allowed to get away with. The site, which is primarily operated out of Santa Rosa, California, is in violation of many of the states Internet business laws, in addition to being in violation of California's very strict anti Internet stalking laws. Including myself, there have been over 100 documented cases of people deleting because they have been stalked, threatened with physical harm, etc and yet the greedy people in charge of fubar have chosen to look the other way.... unless law enforcement gets involved. Only then will fubar actually take action. I myself have been on the site for over a year, much longer than you have, and to me, there is something seriously wrong when long time original members are leaving the site. Yes there are games on the site, games where people are enabled to cheat at by spending large amounts of money on the site. The site owner, BabyJ, has adopted a practice of turn the other way when they spend large amounts of real money.  I would also like to point out the fact that the site uses malicious spyware and adware programs which on several occasions have created security issues on my own computer. After running a malware removal program, it was discovered that about 95% of the malicious spyware on my computer came directly from fubar itself.  There are also tremendous security issues within the site as well, ones that have caused people to find out their "stored" credit cards were charged excessive amounts of money, and even though the website admitted fault, they refused to refund the stolen monies, instead only offering "site credits".   The site is a fraud, the "customer service" is non-existent, the bouncers and the owner have chosen to not actually run the site at all, but have turned it into a online zoo.  The bouncers and owner(s) spend far more time interacting with other people on the site as opposed to actually monitoring what is going on within the site and actually doing something about the problems that keep rising up. The site is being worked on by "coders" who have little to no experience with designing and maintaining a website, as a result the site crashes repeatedly. While I have made a few very close friends on there,  the site reminds me too much of the drama and B.S. that I witnessed in high school... and these are supposedly adults on this site.
  What is most amusing is that the owner also has his sister, a former "porn actress" on the site, and she uses her status as the owner's sister to abuse, harass, threaten, stalk, use and manipulate people so that she can stay " in the top ranks".  While she is doing this, nothing is done, and people that have been members of the site much longer than her are leaving because of her and how her brother, Baby J, have chosen to do things.  There are no rewards for those who do not or cannot afford to spend a lot of real money on the site. It is possible to meet decent people on there, but the decent ones are few and far in between. The site is polluted with individuals looking for one night stands, perverts, sleazeballs, even prostitutes and letches. I've had my share of run ins with some of those... one individual became so aggressive and so violent in his words that I ended up blocking him. Unfortunately, every time the coders "break" something, he becomes unblocked and begins his stalking all over again. I have had to block him 12 separate times.... and the forces that be at Fubar say that unless he directly threatens me, nothing can be done. I also had issues with a former real life friend on there, where even after she harassed and threatened members of my family, fubar still chose to do nothing.  In the case of one person I have grown quite close to, it took her being stalked and threatened offline by someone and her local police department to get involved before fubar would even consider banning the stalker.  One person even now has been stalked and harassed for over a year by someone and once again the site refuses to step in.  Which is a violation of Internet stalking laws put in place by the state of California.  With such blatant violations of laws put in place to protect people online, and with such questionable "business" practices, it's amazing that the website has not been checked. It needs to be.  It is painfully clear that the website cares more about the money it can bring in as opposed to caring about the people on the site.  What started out as a fun social site has turned into a greed powered freak show by a power and money hungry individual with no class, social skills, or anything that would even remotely suggest that he is adept at running such a site.

  It's almost amusing  how trivial the site "administrators" have become, showing such tremendous favoritism towards certain people on the site. Much of this "favoritism" is based on one admins, Eric, relationships with people within the mafia game, especially within the mafia turf he is a member of. One member of such turf, going by the name Bongs, has repeatedly harassed, threatened, degraded, lied, manipulated, even going to the extent of telling a young mother in the game that her child should be kidnapped, molested, raped, and tortured.  EXCUSE ME?! WHY THE HELL IS THIS LOSER STILL ON THE WEBSITE?  I'll tell you why, because BONGS, is a member of ERIC'S turf, TAC aka THIS AIN'T CHECKERS.
  I'm sorry, but if ANYONE not in TAC were to say something to this effect, they would have been deleted, banned, and turned into the local police department. If you ask me, the fact that Eric, who is a site "admin" would allow this to go on for no other reason than this moron, who should be drawn and quartered for saying such a thing about a child, is in his precious TAC, then in my opinion, Eric, Scrapper, BabyJ, and all of the site admins deserve the same for allowing it and allowing a person like that to remain on the website. ESPECIALLY when such statements are considered to be direct violations of the sites TOS. Another issue that they seem to have trouble with fixing is the security and lag issues, possibly due to an improperly installed java platform. There is also some speculation that the security issues and multiple virus threats and issues concerning viruses being downloaded from the site that it's an inside job. This would not surprise me, and I have thought this myself. They have been so secretive about the presence of viruses on the website which is illegal and it is a federal offense as federal law states that any social website that has a virus on the site must notify ALL members of the site in a timely manner, which FUBAR did not do, they chose to instead hide the fact that the site's security is compromised and has been for some time. Their useless "tech" people tell site users that it is their own computers and that there is no issue with the site, which is a falsehood if ever there was one. FUBAR admins also resort to "banning" people on a temporary basis or deleting them all together if they complain about the site while on the site. A friend of mine was deleted because he did a MUMM stating how useless the tech people were, which is the truth... makes me wonder if babyJ, Eric, and Scrapper just cannot handle the truth.
Once again it's about GREED. The site admins and owners get fat off of all the money they make, and they screw people every chance they get.

OK HERE IS AN UPDATE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAY THE MAFIA GAME ON THIS SITE. THE GAMES CREATOR, ERIC, HAS UP AND LEFT, AND WHO IS LEFT TO "DEAL" WITH ISSUES IS SCRAPPER. THIS GUY IS A FUCKING JOKE. HE HAS REPEATEDLY TURNED A BLIND EYE TO THE AMOUNTS OF CHEATING, FRAUD, AND PEOPLE DOING FAKE ACCOUNTS, YET THESE VERY SAME PEOPLE ARE ACCUSING OTHERS OF THE SAME AND GETTING OTHERS DELETED.  SCRAPPER CALLS HIMSELF A SITE ADMINISTRATOR, YET HE DOES NOTHING BUT BLOWS A SHIT LOAD OF SMOKE UP EVERYONE'S ASSES ABOUT HOW HE AND THE REST ARE SUPPOSEDLY MAKING THE SITE BETTER.  THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING EXCEPT LET THESE WANNA BE POSERS RUN WILD, MAKING THREATS AND TERRORIZING PEOPLE ONLINE, PEOPLE LIKE SINISTERMINISTER AND HIS RL GIRLFRIEND RAP, MYSTIC SPIRITS, SCORPY, DES, ETC AND OF COURSE, SCRAPPER AND BABY J TURN A BLIND EYE TO IT ALL.  AND LET'S NOT GET STARTED ON THE "FU" SIDE OF THINGS. THERE ARE YOUNG GIRLS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 RUNNING AROUND THIS SITE POSTING NUDE PICS OF THEMSELVES IN ADDITION TO DOING WEBCASTS SHOWING THEM DOING VERY SEXUAL ACTS.  UMMM HELLO??? DO THESE SO CALLED SITE ADMINS NOT REALIZE THIS VIOLATES EVERY CHILD PORNOGRAPHY LAW OUT THERE! YET SOMEHOW, SCRAPPER AND BABY J SEEM TO THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW.  OH AND LET US NOT FORGET THAT DUE TO THESE CHILDREN ON THE SITE, IT'S MADE IT AN ONLINE HEAVEN FOR PEDOPHILES.  AND YES, THE SITE ADMINS ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE, YET DO NOTHING.  THIS SITE IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST, AND IT'S TRULY SAD AND PATHETIC.
